Dr. Steven Franks
Dr. Franks is a board certified dermatologist with over 30 years experience. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Tufts University Medical School. After medical school, Dr. Franks served as a Captain and General Medical Officer in the U.S. Army. He specializes in adult and pediatric dermatology. His interests include golfing and skiing.

Heather Olivieri, PA-CHeather graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received a master of science in physician assistant studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She has been a practicing physician assistant in Dermatology for nearly ten years. She is experienced in dermatology and diagnoses and treats all dermatology conditions. In addition to medical dermatology, Heather enjoys discussing skin care and cosmetic treatment options with patients. For the past eight years she has provided free skin cancer screenings to members of the local community.

Laura CLarkin, LE
Laura Clarkin graduated from Westfield State College with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She received her Aesthetic license from Rob Roy Institute of Aesthetics. She is licensed by the State of Massachusetts since 2005, and has been working as an aesthetician for 8 years. She regularly attends continuing education classes, seminars, and workshops in order to further her knowledge and better serve her clients.
